Domestic Violence Perpetrators Intervention Educational Classes, Anger Management Intervention Educational Classes, Federal Probation Services, Child Neglect Intervention Educational Classes and Parenting Educational Classes

Before Legacy can send confirmation of your enrollment to the Courts, DHS, Probation, or any other supervising agency, you MUST complete all of the required forms listed below. Additionally, Legacy must receive your enrollment fee. Once completed, Legacy will e-mail you a copy of the enrollment letter that was sent to them.

IMPORTANT!!! Legacy will not submit an enrollment letter to the courts or any other regulatory agency until all steps are completed, including payment (if applicable).
